Professional Experience
Venita has ten years of experience in Global Leadership Development and thirty years of experience in authentic communication, and in personal and systems transformation with people from a wide range of nationalities, backgrounds and industries. In the last fifteen years she has been working on building global networks and connections for catalyzing organizational and societal transformation. As a consultant, facilitator and coach, Venita enjoys listening, and exchanging information and knowledge that transform the awareness of all involved, in turn supporting a healthy flow of innovative ideas, efficient use of resources, and enlivening new individual and collective futures. She enjoys working in multi-cultural contexts and connecting people around the world.
She has worked with clients on location in Africa, USA, Australia and New Zealand, from Boeing, Costco, GE, Care Oregon, Apple, Microsoft, Fred Hutchinson Research Center, ACDI/VOCA, Swinburne University of Technology, Weyerhaeuser, and USAID, among others.
Venita is also a partner with Pacific Integral where she co-designed and facilitates a 9-month, global transformative leadership program, and served as a research associate on a groundbreaking study on evolving stages of adult consciousness and development.
She has co-written a number of articles and papers on subjects including: Causal Leadership: A Natural Emergence from Later Stages of Development; and Emerging States and Stages of Consciousness. And she has taught academically at Antioch University and the Evergreen College.

Venita has a degree in Business Administration from The University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, USA, a Master’s degree in Psychology from Antioch University, Seattle, USA, and a postgraduate certificate in Organizational Development Consultancy (‘Generating Transformative Change’) from the Leadership Institute of Seattle, through Bastyr University, USA. She is fluent in English.
