Theresa has over 20 years international business experience, with the focusing areas of building cross-cultural competence, integrating cross-border Mergers & Acquisitions, identifying purpose of the teams and organizations, leveraging diversity and developing transformational teams. She believes in building deeper, generative connections with teams and client organizations by exploring assumptions, identifying cultural gridlocks, and releasing the energy for passion and shared creation. Theresa has worked with clients in Europe, North America, Asia and Latin America. She understands the development journey of many global organizations, and actively supports the emerging future that clients are co-creating.

With a passion for exploration and discovery, Theresa works with clients to deeply and systemically understand the context and situation. She combines solid business analytical stills with holistic understanding of the people and culture dynamics in supporting clients on-going growth and prosperity. Her seamless organization skills provide the easy platform for deeper discussions with individuals and teams. Theresa stands to serve and is willing to flow within the moment for the needs of the clients and their organizations. Despite having credible methodologies and proven practices from her experience, she keeps abreast of new approaches and thinking which may benefit client successes.

As a cultural consultant, facilitator and team coach, Theresa has worked with many multinationals including Generali, Prudential, LSG Skychefs, BSI Bank, Philips, Riwal, Campofrio Food Group, Linde Group, Philips, ING, Prudential, Generali, Boehringer Ingelheim, Maersk, Nemak and others. With her interactive style and ability to be present in the moment, she provides the space for clients to explore what is happening on their journey.

Background

Theresa received her MBA with High Distinction from University of Michigan, and her BBA from there as well. She is a certified systemic team coach and an associate of Trompenaars Hampden-Turner.  She is also active in a social enterprise in the Netherlands.
